"Perfect Storm" Tugboat In Its Own Gale

The tugboat Tamaroa, made famous by the book and movie "The Perfect Storm," is in danger of being sunk by public neglect and overcautious officials. Here's an article about the situation in the Style Weekly of Richmond, Virginia. The story tugged at my heartstrings, because Seattle has its own historic tugboat, the Arthur Foss, which at least has a home, unlike Tamaroa.
